Why Register
Armorial Register
Registration with Greek Heraldry Society establishes a date certain when the arms were in use as a hedge in case a legal protection regime is established in the future and in extension to prevent others from unintentionally using the same coat of arms as the registrars.
Registration allows armigers to preserve the design history for future generations.
Registration of a personal coat of arms in honour of a family member or friend creates an enduring memorial and a symbol of family and friendship identity to all the honourer’s offspring.
Education on the art and science of heraldry by studying other arms.
Registration with any private heraldry society or registrar strengthens armiger’s credibility as repositories of heraldic bearings in the wider international heraldic community.
